FDA Globalization Act of 2009

Our voices have been heard! After many letters, phone calls, petitions, and visits to Washington D.C., there have been changes made to the FDA Globalization Act of 2009. The huge fees and almost impossible requirements have been removed! Presently, this bill, HR 759 is in committee review. Due to the recent outbreak of salmonella in the peanut industry, it is my opinion, congress will want to pass this bill soon. You can access updated information regarding this bill at: fdag.org
