Rose clay mask is especially formulated for normal-dry or sensitive skin. French green clay mask is formulated for normal-oily skin. Both dry masks also contain powdered yogurt and oat flour. Powdered yogurt can be nourishing and soothing to the skin. Oat flour has been historically used for dermatological benefits. Oats also contain excellant emolliant properties. Masks are packaged in a recloseable pouch to help keep your mask fresh. A scoop is included, for easy measuring, and cosmetic spatula is also included for mixing and applying your mask. Each package will give you 8-10 applications.
To use your mask:
Start with a clean face and neck. Place 1 level scoop of dry clay mixture into small bowl. Sprinkle approx. 1/8 teaspoon liquid of choice and mix, using spatula provided. You may use warm water, floral hydrosols, or even warm milk as your liquid. The consistency of your mask should be that similar to cake icing. Add a little more liquid, if necessary, until desired consistency is reached.
Using spatula, scoop a small amount of mask out of bowl and place on fingertips. Apply mask to your face and neck by gently patting over skin - avoid the eye area. Continue doing this until your face and neck are completely covered. Leave mask on for approx. 20 minutes, or until dry.
To remove:
Place a clean, very warm wash cloth over face and mask will begin to soften. Using upward strokes remove your mask. When mask is completely removed, apply toner and finish with facial lotion.
Recommended Usage: 1-3 times a week. Mask will help to pull impurities from your pores and leave your skin feeling soft, refereshed and nourished. Applying toner after the mask will help to remove any mask residue and also help close your pores. Your facial lotion will help nourish your skin and protect it from the elements.
